you look so much happier now then any other time I've ever seen you. You actually glow!!!
Eh? Who? Which one? When's the divorce final?

How are you doing? I haven't seen you in ages!

And mazeltov and good luck!
I met the most wonderful man in July, through a friend. Rick is truly everything I had ever dreamed of finding in a life partner - I feel like I totally won the boyfriend lottery!

My divorce should be final in Feb/Mar. I spoke to Jim about it last night and we are in agreement on the separation date, so once the legal separation is written up and signed by a judge, all we have to do is bide our time until Feb when we can petition for a no-fault divorce. I'm so glad that Jim and I are on friendly terms. He and his lovely girlfriend, Lara, came to our house for Thanksgiving dinner this month. Good thing, too - Dad cooked a 20+ lb bird!

Just for everyone's edification, we are NOT engaged. Not yet. We won't do that until the divorce is final. But we know when we want to get married, so we're beginning the planning process now.

Other than that most fabulous part of my life, the rest of it is all good, too. G is learning so much at kindergarten, Em is a constant source of amusement and delight and the four of us are becoming a strong little nuclear family. We have fun together. So often, we find ourselves looking at each other over the kids' heads, smiling at how much we love just spending time as a family.

Still working security, but looking for something that pays more. Either special needs residential/day program care or special needs classroom assistant.

How's life treating you?
Everything is going wonderfully with me. Dave and I are off in less that four hours up to Kamloops for Freeze-Off. I'm working in an operations centre with Securiguard which is so much better than patroling.

You should think about working operations, if you have no overall objection to staying in the feild of security. I work all graves (on my request) Mon-Fri, 23:30-07:30 and to sit and play on a computer and answer phones and dispatch alarms, I'm making $14/h. Not too bad.

I'm happy to hear about you and yours, and wish you ever bit of luck on your new path. It sounds like you've found what you wanted after all.

Change is scary, but sometimes pain if the avenue to growth and better sucess. Never get too scared to make the jump if and when you need to.

*big hugs*
Wendy.
Your soulmate's pretty excited about that too, sweetheart; and who'd know better than me? ;) I love you so much.
